Villa la Grintosa designed by arch. Stefania Stera is a majestic villa designed as a “sculpture for living.”

The building is perfectly integrated in the landscape with sublime movements of shadows and light and creative textures that envelop volumes and surfaces making them unique.

Officina Terranova fabricated and installed all the steel windows and doors and the large glazing framing the landscape.

The windows and doors of Villa La Grintosa were customized and made executive through an engineering phase where each individual piece became a complex system.
The best technical and aesthetic solutions of the windows and doors were studied to be integrated with the project and to respond to each feature required:

  • Thermal insulation
  • Study of the Falseframe section + Window to achieve an increasingly higher energy performance
  • Samples and prototypes created to meet every architectural choice.

Highly customized colors and finishes, with bi-color painting: the exterior has been uniformed with a bi-component Corten-effect coating, while the interior has been coated, to adapt to different rooms, with custom shades that are always different.
