A historic restaurant, happily nestled between land and Lake Lugano, in the small village of Riva San Vitale. The restaurant is housed in a property full of tradition, which deserved to be rediscovered and enhanced. Erected in the late 1800s as a resting place for stagecoaches passing between St. Gallen and Varese (hence the name Terminus), the property was gradually enlarged, transforming around the 1980s into a building equipped with a restaurant and accommodations.
The skillful redevelopment work included the replacement of all windows and doors and the creation of a conservatory with large windows facing the lake and a transparent roof facing the mountain.
All exterior windows and doors were made with tubular steel profiles with thermal break, guaranteeing living comfort and energy savings.
